I trained as an engineer and spent years working long hours in a career that didn’t give me purpose.
I turned my love for fitness into a career with a First-Class Strength & Conditioning degree and experience from working in elite level sports, PT hours and even opening a gym.
But life isn't all smooth sailing..


When my son was born, I learned first hand how tough it is to balance being a parent, running a business, and still looking after yourself. For a while, I pushed too hard, got sick often, and burnt out.
What I discovered, and what I now teach, is that fitness should add to your life, not take from it. Your body isn’t just an ornament to look at. It’s an instrument to enjoy life with.
That’s why I coach everyday people to build strength, confidence, and energy. while still enjoying food, family, and fun.
